Stalling verification for over a month, no communication
I sent in my documents 4 weeks ago to this casino and have not had a single reply from them except the automated one to say "We have received your email and are assigning it to a casino representative. You can expect to receive a response from us within two business days." I have a withdrawal which I would like to make but cannot do so without my account being verified. I have logged on and chatted with customer service every day which tell me the same thing that it will be done within 24 hours and I should recieve confirmation. However I never get any email. This is my last resort as the phone number they have listed rings out and goes to msg bank every single time I have tried to call it.
