Won't send my withdrawal

I tried for three months to get an withdrawal from this company. They have two hundred dollars which i can technically withdrawal if I want to. I did everything i needed to do get the wothdrawal. I even said I wanted to get a withdrawal before I felt comfortable putting more money into this casino. I spent two months trying to get my information they needed for me to get a withdrawal. Then i got banned because they said I was trying to defraud the company. I did everything they asked, and finally talked to customer service. I sent them in a hand writen auth for withdrawal and the utility bill that they said they didnt have. They said it take one week to process, and to call back in a week. I called back every week for 1 month. They said they dont have it on file but saw it was turned in by email. They will escalate it everytime. Nothing happened, I have about 400 dollard all together I put in there. All i wanted was to make that 200 dollar wothdrawal, then I would be happy to continue to play. Last time I talked to them about two three weeks ago. Someone on the phone said I requested and got money back. I was never issued any payment amount at all, plus they said they still dont have my auth forum and utility bill on file. I would like to get this fixed quickly

I did recieve my check and got it cashed on Monday. So far my bank has not declined anything. So I think it os safe to say, I got my payment hopefully with no issues with my bank.
