Withdrawals not being processed, T&C disregarded

I just spoke with a customer service Live Chat representative Gucci who told me straight out that Planet 7 does not comply with the Terms and Conditions and that withdrawl requests will take 1-6 months!! She told me that Planet 7 will only pay a certain number of players each month and she said they have many players still waiting since December 2016 for their payments.
This is not right! Players are being punished and penalized for winning.
I was going by the companies T&C on the website:

Approval Of Withdrawals All withdrawal requests must first be reviewed and approved by the casino before being sent for payment. Standard Approval: All Standard withdrawal requests will be reviewed and approved, or denied, within 3 business days of your request. Your payment will be sent within 7 business days after approval. Please be aware since this is an international transaction, your bank and/or other banks involved may charge additional currency conversion and processing fees.
withdrawl requests still pending since March 21st, these have not even been reviewed for processing:
3/21/2017 - Bitcoin - ($2,500.00)
3/21/2017 - Bitcoin - ($2,500.00)
3/21/2017 - Bitcoin - ($2,500.00)
3/21/2017 - Bitcoin - ($200.00)
3/21/2017 - Bitcoin - ($200.00)
I have two other withdrawl requests that were approved on March 30th and was sent an email saying payment will be made 10-20 days!
I have been told all my paperwork is complete and in order, so no delay should be made in sending my payment within the time frames posted in the T&C.
You will be happy to know that your recent bitcoin withdrawal request for $2,303.00 has been approved.
You can expect your payment to be made within the next 10 to 20 business days, assuming you have sent all the documentation required to process your withdrawal.

Gucci said that it may be up to 6 months before I receive my payment and she refused to give me a manager or escalate this. I "thanked her" for clarifying how poorly Planet 7 thinks of their players and her reply was "You are welcome"!
