I have tried for over a month to withdraw my winnings. I have contacted the casino through email & chat on several occassions. The casino keeps telling the samething. I need to send in documents to verify account which I have 3 times already. Then the person will say it will be handle in two days. over & over again. I am not getting no return emails only the computer generated we will get back with you. I am trying to withdraw $500 to my netspend accoun user name hellard1974. I have attached scrernshots of the sent emails and also chat lines. I still get the same messege every time
