Withdrawals Not Received/ Denied


I submitted my bank information on Dec 28, 2017 so that I could receive wire transfer and I submitted my verification information (2 emails) on Dec 29, 2017. I received confirmation emails that both of my emails that included all of the documents requested with reference stating that they had indeed received them. On Jan 6, 2018, my withdrawal in the amount of $480 was denied supposedly because of documentation which they have and the other two withdrawals of $775 and $454.12 weren't processed at all. I've contacted Planet 7 via chat and email because I was unable to get them via phone to no avail. They continue to give me the run around and are continuously transferring me though out the different departments without resolving my issue. Reference numbers: 446455 and 446461.

First, I sincerely apologize for not coming back to you, sooner.

I've checked your account and I see your final payment was sent off to our processor, Monday: 1/22/2018 Paid $450 for transaction #93735968. I would expect you'll find this in your account by the end of this week.
