Royal Ace Casino - Withdrawals take more than a month

I want to make a complaint at royalacecasino!
I have ordered withdrawals for 1500$ and 700$, they was approved at 22.08.2016 and 01.019.2016.
I have talked to financial manager two weeks ago and he assured me that I will get withdrawals in next 48-72 hours.
After three weeks of messaging they just tell me every time in online chat that this is third party fault and they "escalated to the finance dept"!I just can't hear anymore their lies...

Help please to deal with that situation!
