Planet 7 Casino - Withdrawal submitted February 25th still not paid

The claims on the Planet7 website to be #1 online casino could be true if they could process a withdrawal request in at least a month's time. This isn't my first complaint on this subject nor with this casino group. Withdrawal requested for $200 via Bitcoin on February 25, 2018. Since there is little to no communication from the payouts department or any other customer service unless the player contacts live chat you never know what is going on with your withdrawals. You can email them and get a promise of a reply (other than automated we recieved email) within 5 business days, but it will be weeks before you do hear back via email. The response is basically telling how backed up their payment dept is due to overwhelming withdrawal requests and in no way answers the initial question I asked. Delay, Delay, Delay. After contacting support via live chat several times and getting the run around, I finally see that my Bitcoin withdrawal was denied on March 16th. However, I also see a request for a check withdrawal and that it is approved. I never requested a check withdrawal and have no use for a check so it's back to live chat... ugh!! After several days of being asked to confirm and resend my bitcoin info. by several different chat agents I am told that my docs need to be updated before anything can be processed. Okay, so if the transaction has already been approved for check withdrawal why do I need to update docs? I sent all updated docs to the email address I was given within an hour and was told that I would not have to wait days to get them approved and that the docs dept was waiting on my email and ready to verify them as soon as received. I checked back a week later and they did receive them but they were still waiting to be verified. SMH I play at several casinos but I have never seen a more chaotic approach to processing anything especially a withdrawal. Every other casino I play has my money in the bank or Bitcoin transferred within a day or so and never more than a week. Planet 7 and Slots Garden are the WORST by far at processing withdrawals and is the ONLY reason I rarely play at either one anymore. Even though it's been since Feb 25th that the request was submitted, the chat agents are still telling me that my withdrawal is still well within their stated processing timelines and that I should just be patient. Are you kidding me?? Planet 7 has the potential to be the best online casino if they ever figure out that their slow pay is KILLING their reputation. I guess that caliber of customer service isn't important to them. In conclusion, if you play at Planet 7 or their sister casinos, be ready for a long and redundant process of chatting and getting nowhere for at least 6 weeks before you get any money you win. As of today, April 7th I still have not received the $200. Maybe this complaint will help but I doubt it.

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been informed that Planet 7 Casino representative will not be able to respond to ongoing complaints until Monday 16th of April, therefore the time frame is being extended with another 96 hours.
