Withdrawal's taking long amount of time


This has been my first experience with online gambling but even after reading the numerous review's I still chose planet 7. I honestly have enjoyed everything about this casino besides the amount of time it takes for a payout. After reading numerous reviews it seems this is the only way to get a withdrawal and I figured this would be a better option then to be told to wait 2 weeks over and over.

I have been waiting for two payments now, both have been approved one for 1505 4/18 and another for $345 4/24. I also have two other withdrawals still pending approval. I understand that it has been a short amount of time for the processing but it should have already been sent out by now. All of my requests have been for checks.
I have been waiting for the 1505 to be processed and shipped for over a week now and have been told numerous times to simply wait another 7-10 days and that it has been escalated.

The main purpose of this complaint is to hopefully have the nice lady explain to me whats going on and to handle my account. The lack of information and constantly being told to wait two weeks at a time has become quite concerning to me. I am hoping planet 7 will be able to quickly square away my payments.
Once again so far I have been beyond pleased with experience I have had other than the withdrawal process. After this is resolved and whether or not I receive my withdrawals I will leave an honest review and hopefully it will be a positive one! I appreciate your time and help from all parties involved!
