Withdrawal runaround
On 12/10 a $2500 dollar deposit was approved by the withdrawal department. I was told the money (less the bonus) would be returned to a debit card I had used within 7-10 days. After that time had passed, I contacted them via live chat to find out what was causing the delay. Twice I was told a manager had accelerated the payout but we were just waiting on "resolution", whatever that meant. Twice I was also told to just wait till after the holidays since they were busy during that time. Here it is Jan. 1, 2016 and still no payment. I just chatted with the casino again 2 day ago and was told there was nothing anyone could do but wait...and they told me they don't have a timeframe.
