On March 21, 2018, i submitted a withdrawal request in the amount of 2500.00. Later it was determined since i used the bonus money i only could get 200.00 in a check. I check my account history and it showed the check was approved. I check with the casino customer service and they stated the check request was with the processors, i should get it in a few more days. I followed up today 4/26/2018 a and customer service stated i needed to send in more documents. I stated I submitted all required documents last year and was told i would not have to send anything else. They have several casinos i play in with this suite of casinos and regardless i would not have to send any more documents. I had problems with slot madness and it took about 6 months to get money. I dont want to wait another 6 months. I guess i should have learned from SLots madness experience not to play with this casino. I would like to get my winnings sooner than 6 months and without having to send in additional documents. I'd appreciate your assistance.

I dont understand why you representative stated my payment was submitted to the processors and should wait for it.
I check the file and it shows the payment was approved. Now you are requesting me to send in more documents.
Your sister casino, slot madness and the others were able to process my payment with the documents. According to the verification process this would be sufficient for future withdrawals. Please send me my money., without having to send any additional documents.
