I have requested a withdrawal 3 times and each time it gets declined and the reason is my wire transfer bank details are not correct.
I have checked the details with my bank and they are 100% correct yet they keep declining the withdrawals.
Each time it takes 3 business for them to even get back to me.
They also delayed my verification which took me about 2 weeks yet it has stated on their website that it takes within 24 hours.
The only option I have is to wire through the withdrawal yet they keep declining it, they will not let me use my neteller account

Please note that it mentioned on our Banking page that you need to provide the information to our Accounting team as well.
Also, we received your withdrawal information and also approved your payout request for the amount of 5,030 AUD as per our site rules in regards to withdrawal limits. The funds should reach your account in up to 5 days from the time of approval.

It does not state on the website or when you are submitting a withdrawal request that you must also email this information and when you emailed me to let me know that my withdrawal was canceled you did not mention this, you just said that I did not provide the correct information.
I have emailed you about 5 times asking why it was declined 4 times because all my details are 100% correct and never did I get a reply saying I had to email.
I have went ahead and emailed the info at 6.40AM Tuesday 29 august 2017 so I except my withdrawal to be complete and successfull in 72 hours which will be 6.40AM Friday 1 September 2017.
