Withdrawal of $400 not received


Hello, my casion id is rachelrain and I requested a withdrawal request for $400 on 12/26. Shortly after that I received an email that my withdrawal was approved and they requested the necessary documents, etc. I sent all of this over to them and did not hear back for a week or so. Everytime I would email I would receive a generic inquiry id and a letter saying they would contact me within 24 hours. This went on and on for a bit (in the meantime I would get on chat every so often and they would just say it was being processed, or some random generic excuse. After my last email, saying I would eventually complain if I did not hear from them, I finally received an email saying that they were missing some docutments that I know I already sent. I went ahead and resent them. Now the email doesn't seem to be going through....I get a delayed notification email (almost like their email is bad or they have blocked mine. I sent the docs over several times so hopefully they got through but when I sent an email to find out if they did I received the same generic response, that they will respond within 24 hours and gave me a case id. let me know if you need my email address or if I need to forward any of the correspondence to you. Can you please help me to get my small withdrawal? It is only $400. Thank you in advance!

I was contacted soon after my complaint was posted and aside from the confusion that some people were contacting me claiming missing docs that were already sent in, it was clear that they intended to honor the withdrawal (once the complaint was posted especially-although still not as fast as other casinos payout). However, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they attempted to deliver the check today (didn't receive the tracking number as it went to my junk folder). So I should receive it tomorrow and as long as there are no problems with it clearing, I am pleased with the outcome!!!

I'm very sorry for the delays you've experienced with this.

I've reviewed your account and I do see your payment has already been sent off to be processed--I would expect to see tracking within the next few days. Once your tracking comes through, I'll come back to update this thread.
