Hi Tawni,
Me again! My total withdrawal, minus bonus, of $302 was approved way back on March 23rd; I spoke with a representative who told me I should be receiving it "very soon." But I have not yet received it, nor have I heard anything. All of my paperwork was sent in, and copies of the credit cards used for the deposits til that point were included. PLEASE. expedite my payment, and see to it that I do not have to have a mediator every single time I win a few hundred dollars at any of the casinos with this group! You take my money immediately, I should receive my winnings promptly and without any hassles. I am a "VIP," and as such should be treated better...

Hi Marjorie--

I do see that this is pending to be paid and will go off to processing, early next week. With this, I'd expect tracking to come through no later than the end of the week. ;-)

AskGamblers Complaints Team have just extended the response time frame with another 96 hours hoping that Club Player Casino management will soon jump in with an update on this complaint.

Hi,
I still Have NOT received my $302 check, and it has been over SIX weeks since withdrawal--
Per Tawni she was going to check on it and get back to me, but never did, and no check has arrived nor have
I received any corres­pon­den­ce-­--they have all of my documents and they have no approved another withdrawal for approximately the same amount, but no check!!!! Please, see to it that this payment gets to me right away...

Hi Again,
Note: The amount of the approval is actually $407, NOT $302. My mistake, with so many small withdrawals I must have gotten mixed up! Sorry, also the date of the original withdrawal was 3/22. Thanks.

This complaint has been reopened as per Club Player Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.

Late last week I received an email from the casino manager stating that they would make sure this was paid asap, and that he would provide me with tracking #'s as soon as payment goes out, which would be early THIS week...I ALSO received an email from the documents department (Paul) stating that although this payment was indeed approved, they needed copies of two more credit cards plus additional signed agreements for said cards! I complied and sent them out on Thursday, still no Fed Ex check OR tracking--by the way the manager also mentioned that payment would be made soon on all other withdrawals made by me at both Club Player and Palace of Chance casinos and thanked me for my patience...

Nothing received as of yet,,,
