Hi, I made a withdrawal for $600 back on July 9th and it has been completely ignored by Palace of Chance; they have all of my documents and paperwork, so that is not an issue...please look into this for me and help me receive my winnings. I called but only got a recording which asked me to leave a message, which I did, and I have not heard back. Thanks in advance for your help in this matter.
