It’s been wayyyy past that.

I have continuously reached out, and they kept telling me it’s been approved and will be deposited.

First, I apologize for the late response. I had responded but did not realize that when I hit the 'post my reply' button that the reply timed out.
I'm not certain why you've stated you've not received your payment, as this was issued to your wallet on October 7th. I'm not certain why our support agent gave you bad information.
Regarding the payment amount, your winnings came from a bonus, which carried a $150 maximum withdrawal amount.
Please check your wallet again, as this payment was definitely issued.
