Withdrawal & Verification Issue


I have played here before and received a withdrawal; which took about a month.
But this time has been terrible.
I requested march 30th; at this time I explained that I had recently moved and asked what documents needed to be updated
They asked me to please fill out a whole fax back form drivers license ID credit cards and a new utility bill with the new address. This was sent on April 3rd. I continue to follow up via email and did not receive any official email back other than they had received the documents and they were going to review them.
On April 12 I received an email that there is a manager approval.
After many times going to chat and been told that they were within the timeframe I went back on April 18 th
And was unfortunately told that they were missing the utility bill. This was the first I had heard of this I had not received an email stating anything like this I tried to ask the chat person he said I have to resend it so I resent it on April 18 and again I received a confirmation email that it was received .
I have followed up a couple times with the chat people and they both said to be patient that my the withdrawal was being processed and should be any day now
This morning however I spoke to Jonathan at length and he said that the utility bill was missing which I was not happy with and that is why I am filing this complaint at this point I have confirmation that all of my documents were sent twice and I continue to ask for follow up and getting different answers
Although Jonathan tried to help me this morning he asked me to send everything to the manage­r@P­ala­ceo­fch­anc­e.com every time my email was rejected.
My withdrawal was got $2000 - the manager fee.
I'm an avid casino player and I know which places pay out the fastest I realize playing here it was not going to be at fast withdraw; but the fact that it's been a month and I'm now being told one more time that they don't have all the documents even though I've sent them numerous times is just unacceptable
Please let me know if you can resolve this for me

Unfortunately (as I mentioned previously), we are in the midst of this deep backlog. I would hope in the very near future that players won't encounter these sort of delays and I can say with certainty we're doing our best to get things on track as quickly as possible.

Regarding the payment we've sent off--can you please check your account to confirm you've received it?

Issues with the withdrawal method via wire transfer

In August, I decided to finally give the promotions a go on the site and deposited 100$ for a 250% deposit bonus match, I think-- some kinda huge match bonus though.

I played through the wagering requirement and also had a manager withdrawal of the coupon $100 from my winnings.

I've been trying to initiate a wire transfer for my winnings. Canadian player here banking with < removed >and also tried < removed > for wire info. After trying < removed > 2x, I contacted support, numerously actually, support stated < removed > does not accept international wire transfers, which doesn't make sense to me because my first time doing a wire transfer, I phoned customer service for < removed > & received all the information I needed for the wire transfer on Palace of Chance.

3rd time asking for support on what banks can accept the wire transfer, the closest answer I received was < removed > .

So I researched CAD banks that accept international wire transfers. I came across that my < removed > account has a wire transfer, and the information is < RBC >, so I sent the new information to POC email support, and once again.. they declined my withdrawal request!!

Not sure what to do from here on.

I even tried to ask if I can just withdraw using Coindraw, as I do have crypto wallets, but bcoz I didn't deposit using crypto, I guess I'm not eligible for that option.

I did make a deposit for confirmation wallet, though a few months back, but the currency is USD and I'm CAD, so the amount was too low for it 🙃
