My withdrawal is not processed when asked the support team told me that I have to wait for 72 hours. Now it's 5 days and still the withdrawal is not processed. Recently I contacted casino and they told me that my betting is under review, which is strange but anyway they can check anything since iam a fair player and afraid of nothing. What I think that something suspicious is going on and the casino is not willing to pay me my winnings. I want the casino to solve my issue at their earliest . Also I would like to mention that they have the worst online support which only waste the time. Having good games doesn't mean the Casino team is awesome.
Note: This is not my first withdrawal I have been their customer for couple of months and had no such issue earlier.

After filing the complain, I can see the amount from pending to paid in withdrawal section of vbet. The total amount is 400 usd. I will keep you guys posted.

Vbet is misleading you and me, why are you rejecting my complaint, I am ready to give you all types of documents regarding the payment issue.

This is my statement... I can't uplaod it and send to Vbet Casino because of a data stealer issue with Vbet Casino.

You can check it in the screenshot also the UPI transaction ID APLAPa3ded4bd539e307f0766f2bcc628c2

I connected with the bank and they are saying that the transaction was already completed by our side that's why transaction details and UTR details were provided already.

I have my bank statement but I can't upload it here because of a data stealer issue with Vbet and vVet is not doing well you know very well about Vbet and their support or response to recent complaints against them.

Reason: fair/safe gaming check
I just won on supper win on slot Dead or Alive 2 - 44,774.60 $ completely honest!!!
I made a deposit before 6000$
After I tried to withdraw funds I was blocked for history check.
The check lasted for 4 months!
Today support inform : block the account without the right to unblock.
No more info.
This casino not legit!

After that I made withdrawal request:

400 000 UAH

346 000 UAH

My request received status Pendind.

The next evening I received an email from Felix support_vbet.com:

In this case, you can try to withdraw money again.

After which I went to the site and did everything as written in the letter, creating new withdrawal request, but after a few minutes my request was rejected.

I tried to withdraw again, but I got error ATTENTION

Client Locked.

I decided to ask support chat what's happened and received an answer:

- I am sorry the account is blocked as your playing style is not according to our terms and conditions.

- I don't understand what you're talking about. I didn't break any rules

- I have already mentioned, the details

are not shared with the customer service.

Not understanding what was happening, I decided to write to [email protected] , and told them that there must be some mistake on their part.

I received a response the next day:

I waited patiently, realizing that this was some kind of mistake and that soon they would figure it out and understand that I had not violated anything and they would unblock me.

I wrote every few days and received the same answer that the check was not completed yet, I couldn’t provide details and there was no deadline for completing the check.

Two months have passed and nothing has changed, I get the same answer. I can't log into my account and I can't receive money.

Two months is enough for any check and I suspect that the check could not find reasons not to pay the money and decided to do a check on me that will never end.
