Withdrawal getting slower

I requested for cashout on 11/03 for $400. It got approved on 11/07.
I have been playing at Planet 7 for over 18 months now. All the necessary documents and verifications had already been done before cashout.
I’ve had recieved payout from Planet 7 several times in the past. But my current payout waiting time had gotten longer, which I do find it to be excessive.
I have been contacting live chat on a daily basis.......I was SUPPOSED to be getting my money @ 11/24. They said to contact them if I have not recieve my money by then.
Another thing too......I’ve learn that they Will Not escalate anything if it’s still within the TIME FRAME (7-10 days AFTER approval, then 10-15 for processor to send or process the payment, PLUS the ADDITIONAL TIME it will takes for one to recieve the actual payment (fed ex CHEQUE or bank wire transfer).
They need to list these time frames on their Terms&Conditions. Do the players get compensated for them violating their own T&C? Nope.
Why should I come back and only contact them if I have not recieve the payment. ? Why can’t I contact them on daily basis just so that they can be on top of things and pay me out early rather than late?
I’ve read other players with similar approval date had already recieved their payment (check).
I will stop playing at Planet 7 casinos and ALL of their sister casinos before the end of this year.
I understand and know that I will get pay. But the amount of time they are taking to payout are a real disrespect to the Players.
Planet 7, I know you guys Will eventually pay me. Please Hurry up already!
