It looks like this site gets results, so I'll give it a try. I've been waiting now a calendar month for my withdrawal from Royal Ace Casino. The winning was Submitted on Oct 9, accepted on Oct 13. Amount expected $1,280.00 I am in full compliance with all bonus terms etc and this has been confirmed by customer service. Terms and conditions say it should be 10 business days at max for payment to be processed. It has now been 20 business days and a FULL calendar month. I've had similar results with previous withdrawals from Royal Ace in the past all taking at least 4 weeks to resolve. To their credit, I have always received my winnings, but it just takes forever. I get the "its with the processor we have no control" excuses, "the processors are overloaded", "time of year" and many other excuses. Worse, I get passed from one person to the next. I'm tired of this waiting, and unless this gets fixed, I plan to move to a casino with more expedient payout procedures.

Payment came. Finally. 43 days, 31 business days. Terms and conditions should be revised!

This is not a helpful response. You keep telling me this. "Oh it's been sent, any time now." "Next week, should be any day now". I've been waiting now over 5 WEEKS with about a dozen different artificial deadlines... and still nothing. Of course today is Friday, and next week is a holiday. so I'm sure that will be another stream of excuses. Apologies do me no good, what I want is the withdrawal.
Getting withdrawals a critical part of your business, and I'm not sure how you stay afloat with such poor timing. It should not have to take 40 plus days to get someone their money. What's worse, is you claim you don't have any control or visibility to the process once its sent to your 'third party processor'. If that is true, its a bad business decision to put such an important function in the hands of someone you can neither control nor communicate with. What's a worse business decision is pissing off your customers.

Hi JB--
I'm terribly sorry for the delays you've experienced with this.
I've reviewed your account and I do see that your wire has already been sent off to processing. I would expect you'll see the funds reflected in your account by mid-week, next week.
Again, I apologize for all the frustration with this.
All the best,
Tawni
