I have a withdrawal on January 17 in the amount of $2000.00. It was approved on 2/10/17. According to there terms it should of went to the processor on 1/24, I just checked it still is sitting there not sent anywhere. They said they would escalate it by the end of the week and sent to the processor in 2 more weeks. This is riducilous. The last time I had to wait 4 months to get paid, you think I would learn not to play here

I'm sorry for all the difficulties with this and I'm a bit surprised/disappointed to hear that as of the 4th, you were given bad information. :-(
I've reviewed your account and I do see that your payment was sent off to processing on the 3rd. With this in mind, I would expect you'll see the funds reflected in your account by the end of this week.

I just checked with the casino and they said it still wasn't processed. Can't even give me a date.
