Withdrawal delay at baxterbet

I have a pending withdrawal of €469 requested on 22 December 2025. My account is fully verified and my proof of crypto deposit was accepted, yet the withdrawal remains pending. The casino is now requesting an unreasonable “crypto wallet ownership proof” that is technically impossible to provide.
Detailed description

I deposited using Bitcoin (BTC) and used the same wallet throughout. My Baxterbet account is fully verified.

On 22 December 2025, I requested a withdrawal of €469, which is still marked as pending. Currently, another €358 remains on my account balance.

A few days ago, Baxterbet requested proof related to my crypto deposit, which I provided from my crypto wallet and which was accepted. However, the casino has now introduced a new requirement, asking for a screenshot where my full name and email address must be visible directly inside the crypto wallet, together with the wallet address.

This request is technically impossible, as standard crypto wallets do not display personal identity details such as name or email inside the wallet interface.

I provided proof of idientity, ID, selfie and proof of deposit. All was ACCEPTED by Baxterbet.

I request AskGamblers’ assistance to ensure that my pending withdrawal of €469 is processed without further unreasonable requirements. My account is fully verified.

If you asking for someone crypto non-custodial wallet where should be email and name, then you dont know nothing about crypto, or you are doing it on purpose. Here is proof of that email what you asked for. This has nothing to do with KYC or AML.
