Cash out not received
On Dec 4 I won and withdrew $250. Baxterbet says paid. It is not. I've submitted by email and chats with customer support -numerous times-all documents and screenshots they asked for. I was given a ticket and the situation was escalated to customer support team for resolution. Every business day since I have had to log in and go through the same steps and questions with customer support and everytime I have to start all over and I am not receiving my funds.
Ticket number is useless so far. I don't know what else I can do to obtain my money from baxterbet casino.
Another thing: when searching for contract information baxterbet states that it is operating under a different company name. Their site says Neon Games in San Jose. This website says another company!?
Is there any help for this? Much appreciated
