My withdraw requests are cancelled every 24h for no reason

Since 5 days i'm trying to withdraw my small winings from baxterbet but during this time they reject my withdraw requests 8 times for no reason. When i asked why they do this every time they writing that they have "technical issues" with skrill. I asked them can i withdraw using some different method and they reply that i can't because i made a deposit using skrill. This is lie because i made my first withdraw to bank account and earlier made deposit using skrill as is shown in screeshot to this complain. During last withdraw consultant in chat guarantee me that my withdraw now will be send and of course it has been rejected for no reason (transcript of this conversation is in attachment to this complain).

My question is simple will baxterbet stop lying in case of my withdraw request and send me withdraw or they don't and it will be unfortunately prove that this casino is currently a scam ?

As i can see in my account in baxterbet i still don't have any button to upload more documents. Your chat support wrote that they will fix this but as i there is still nothing, so i'm sending 2 invoices here and i've already send it to baxterbet support email.
