Withdrawal Delay Again


I've already submitted my documents last year, and received one payment. Now, I'm being asked to resubmit ALL my documents. Then, after that, I had to redo a new credit card authorization form. 2 of them actually. All I want is my payment in a timely manner. My 1st anniversary is next month, and I would really appreciate getting my withdrawal before then! This is absolutely ridiculous that I have to go through these hoops every single time I win some money. All I want is the money I've won, paid to me in bitcoin. Not to continuously get the run around every time I win anything. It really makes me never want to use this casino again. I've spent thousands, that they've had no issue taking over this last year.

I'm sorry for the frustration you've been having with this.

I've just had your withdrawal approved and I've issued the request for payment to be issued. I would expect this to be sorted in the next day or so--as soon as I have confirmation this has been done, I'll be back to update your complaint.
