I received my check from Planet7 for 2243.03 and deposited into my bank account on March 29,2016. After waiting over a month, I contacted BMO to see if check had cleared on their end but they said that my bank would have to contact them. So I contacted my bank this morning and I received a call back from them this afternoon. They stated that BMO claimed that the check was fraudulent and that it would not be honored. I contacted Planet7 and they said they needed my bank to send a letter stating that they would not honor the check. Well I called my bank back and they said they would not give any information due to the fact that the check was fraudulent and they were not comfortable with giving any information and it was not in there possession because it had to mailed to BMO for release of funds. They also stated that the company that issued the check needs to contact BMO to find out the problem with this check. This was after my bank gave me the third degree on how I got the check which I said was work related. The woman said well I believe you were scammed. So I just contacted my VIP host, who is always nice and explained to him the situation and he stated he would get with management. I just don't have anymore time to wait and really need this money ASAP. I also have a $950 approved withdrawal and do not want have to go through this again. Other than this Planet7 is my go to casino but I won't deposit any more money, which I don't have, until this is taken care of. It was actually a very embarrassing situation on my end.
