Withdrawal approved, processing stated timeframe expired


I joined up and played a "No Deposit" bonus in October. I completed the wagering requirement and made a $100 withdrawal request in Nov. My submitted verification documents were accepted on Nov. 14th and my withdrawal was approved on Nov. 24th. It has now been 15 calendar and over 10 business days with no indication of when it will be paid except "sometime soon". via chat. Since Tawni was able to help me on my Silver Oaks payout, I figured I'd try this approach instead of getting "sometime soon" over the chat for the next few weeks.
