Withdrawal approved 30 days ago, 'processed' 10 days ago, but still not received


I requested a withdrawal on May 11th, It was approved on June 24. I have been checking in approximately every week for the status and have not been able to get a date of when to expect the deposit to my Bitcoin wallet. They escalated to the finance dept. 10 days ago so I contacted them today for the status and I have been given the same answer which is that "it should be soon".

The terms and conditions for the casino say three days for approval then 10-15 for the payment to be paid and sent out via check, I have been told a different timeframe by customer service which was 10 days from approval for the finance dept the 10 days for the third party payout then time for the mail to arrive. My biggest issue is that I have requested the payout in Bitcoin to my wallet which is instant and requires no additional check to write or mail time. I have received 3 payouts from other casino's via bitcoin since my Captain Jack amount was approved.

I'm sorry for my slow reply.

I'm happy to say that the Bitcoin issue has been resolved with our processor and as such, the payment was issued to your wallet, on the 5th. ;-)

Hi Tawni, i did feceive an email regarding my withdrawal but i am unclear of why it cannot be deposited via bitcoin. The hardfork split and there have been no issues with the cryptocurrency exchanges. I provided a new wallet address and insist on receiving it via bitcoin. I would be willing to allow the international wire but i was told you will not send an international wire to some banks and of the few banks (BBVA) mine is on this list is on it. I am willing to compromise but i need a faster method of receiving the funds. Please email and respond with some possible ways we can work together and resolve in the best way for both of us.

I'm very sorry for the difficulties you've been having with this and I'd like to help you resolve this as quickly as possible.

As you may be aware, there is a bit of an issue with Bitcoin currently, due to the split. As a result, we are unable to process Bitcoin until further notice.

Our Payments Manager has already sent you an email regarding changing payment method. Please respond to the email--as soon as we receive your reply, I'll make sure your withdrawal is sorted.
