Withdrawal Approvals Stopped


Planet 7 have stopped withdrawals approvals since May 11. No approved withdrawals means no payouts. Every time I contact them, that state my issue has been escalated but with no results and no additional contact. I have sent emails every other day for the last two weeks with no response.

This time during the third online chat asking for an updated status, they told me to wait other two weeks to see if anything has been done. That they have no direct contact with the withdrawals department so all they can do is send another escalation. Which has gone with no response the other two times.

I am still owed over 50,000 dollars. And have been since February.
