Closed my account without any further justification

About two months ago I opened an account at Wintomato Casino., made a deposit and started playing. I was able to make several deposits and several withdrawals, after which I was denied access to my account. Most likely, this happened because of my last win of about $ 400, after which my account became about $ 600. It happened on September 8, and on the same day I contacted the operator in a chat (I attach a screenshot of the correspondence), and he asked me to send an email with my problem to the casino's email address. Which I did on the same day. I waited 12 days for an answer, but no one wrote to me. On September 20, I contacted the operator again, and he replied that I had been banned for fraud. I asked - what have I violated? I just made a few bets at their casino. (screenshot attached). I was again told to contact the post office, where they will explain everything to me. I wrote to them again, but after three days I did not receive a response again. I want to note that I do not have any screenshots on my account, except for correspondence with the operator. Since I didn't know that there are such unscrupulous casinos in Askgamblers, and I didn't do them. Also, please pay attention to the license of this casino, with which there are problems. Please help me in this matter.
