Account was not credited and money was taken

I've been in dispute with this casino over a week now, I deposited €62 , account was debited €67.90.

The funds did not go on to my balance and in my history on the website it states deposit was cancelled.

It has been taken from my bank i was told i would have a refund in 5-7 days. No refund issued.

Rang my bank and got the transaction ID they advised this is all the casino would need, they still wern't happy they wanted a statement.

I requested a statement and gave it to them. Now they are still stalling. My bank has advised they will apply for a chargeback after 15 days.

I am giving this casino the opportunity to rectify the situation before this happens.
