Winnings not received


I won on February 4 for $875.00 I have yet to receive my winnings I have sent emails and went thru live support but I always get different answers I am told so many times we have to escalate the process again I have done everything that was ask of me sent the documentation that was required. Just so frustrated since it will 3 months and still have not received . I made copies of when I won copies of all emails screen shots of chats on what I was told . I see so many complaints on here about others not receiving there winnings and if they did check was no good. Any advise or help from others with this problem ...
