on thursday night 22/11/2018 i created a winning room account using my same details i use at any online casino , so next morning i play to get through the wagering on the welcome bonus i took, then all of a sudden im unable to access my account.
live chat informs me that because i excluded myself from mrgreen in 2016 i am now excluded, due to winningroom being owned by evoke gaming who also owns mrgreen, so how can i be allowed to create an account and deposit?? surely they should of picked up on my details and stopped me creating an account in the first place, so i NEVER had a chance of winning anything!!
i am not happy about this, them taking money when i cant win! i wouldnt of deposited in the first place if i knew i was excluded, so i hereby ask for your advice or if you can intervene on this case,
