Violation of withdrawal rules

Hello.

I registered at this casino, made a deposit, and managed to win first in the sportsbook, then I played in the casino, played slots, and won a total of more than 1,000.

I also played and bet 1000$ for withdrawal.

The rules say that withdrawals can take up to 5 days, but I asked the support and they told me that withdrawals are processed within 72 hours. However, no withdrawals were received within 72 hours or within 5 days.

Support is trying to solve something and sends endless requests, as a result, they generally start ignoring and not responding to messages.

I ask dear AskGamblers to help resolve the issue.

In general, the casino continues to make only promises, but nothing is decided. There are also problems with the provider that they allegedly cannot solve.

No withdrawals for 5 days

Hello,

I registered and played at this casino, managed to win 660$, bet 630$ on withdrawal, and played a little more for 30$, then made two more deposits of 10$ each, the last one using a bonus, which I refused when I couldn’t win it back.

Their rules indicate a withdrawal period of 3 to 5 days. On the 5th day, I asked what happened to my withdrawal, they started writing about delays, sending letters to the financial department, and so on.

Please note that support wrote that they do not violate deadlines, but as it turns out, they are lying. Dear Askgamblers, please help me resolve this issue.

Stalling withdrawal

I received a bonus of $10+40 in this casino, made the wager X50, and along the way I won in the sportsbook. Then I played the casino, played slots, everything would be fine, but I have been waiting for the withdrawal for five days already. Support wrote at first 72 business hours, then the withdrawal may be delayed for 5-10 days. It's no good. I do not recommend this casino to play, please help me to solve the problem.

I can not contact this casino

Hi.

I have $296 in my account at Winnerzon and it says it's a bonus. However, I asked how much more I had on my rollover on Nov. 26. I was told $116.50. I bet that (and lost) and the money did not go into my regular balance. I also did not get paid for a bet I won (USC -3.5 over ND in NCAA football).

Since then, I have tried numerous times to contact them and nothing has worked. Chats don't connect and they do not respond to multiple emails or messages on their internal message system. I also left a message on their call system.

I did go on their site last Saturday (12/3) without logging on (on a new device) and I did chat with someone. I explained the football bet that had not been paid and that person said they would get back to me. No one has. He also said they would look at my other questions regarding the bonus after they had dealt with that bet.

I am very frustrated that my many attempts to contact this company have been ignored and my account is frozen. It won't let me make bets with the $296 I have.
