Stalling withdrawal

I received a bonus of $10+40 in this casino, made the wager X50, and along the way I won in the sportsbook. Then I played the casino, played slots, everything would be fine, but I have been waiting for the withdrawal for five days already. Support wrote at first 72 business hours, then the withdrawal may be delayed for 5-10 days. It's no good. I do not recommend this casino to play, please help me to solve the problem.
