I can not contact this casino


Hi. 

I have $296 in my account at Winnerzon and it says it's a bonus. However, I asked how much more I had on my rollover on Nov. 26. I was told $116.50. I bet that (and lost) and the money did not go into my regular balance. I also did not get paid for a bet I won (USC -3.5 over ND in NCAA football).

Since then, I have tried numerous times to contact them and nothing has worked. Chats don't connect and they do not respond to multiple emails or messages on their internal message system. I also left a message on their call system.

I did go on their site last Saturday (12/3) without logging on (on a new device) and I did chat with someone. I explained the football bet that had not been paid and that person said they would get back to me. No one has. He also said they would look at my other questions regarding the bonus after they had dealt with that bet.

I am very frustrated that my many attempts to contact this company have been ignored and my account is frozen. It won't let me make bets with the $296 I have.

Hi Askgamblers team.
We are contacting with additional information we have gathered after our investigation with Winnerzon Customer Support team. As soon as got aware of this situation - it was Dec 15th, 2022, we have instantly reviewed the case and discovered technical issue with the bonus and its wagering. Because of that, customers bonus hasn't closed successfully and also bet, that had to be credited to real money balance wasn't credited automatically. On Dec 15th, 2022 we have credited customers account with real balance of 296.82 CAD (that had to be transferred from bonus balance automatically) and also credited the winning of 356 CAD for his bet that hasn't received. Customer was able to successfully withdraw full amount of 652.82 CAD.
We are really sorry, that customer had to reach AskGamblers to solve this. After investigating this with Customer Support team, it was discovered, that tickets created in the internal inbox system of the casino wasn't visible to them, but after finding out about this case all the requests have been found, still, we have not received any email nor live chat request from this customer.
Proofs that issue was solved in December can be provided on request, if required.
