Site refusing to pay to Card or Bank

I signed up to Wildfortune a couple of months ago. One of the reasons was that they offer withdrawal to Mastercard. I lost several hundred euros only depositing with Mastercard. I then won a relative small amount (440 euro) and wanted to withdraw. My first withdrawal (Mastercard) was declined and they told me to use another method. I then used Bank Transfer and with was declined and they asked me to use another bank account (I only have one).
Mastercard and Bank Transfer are the only options I have because Skrill and Neteller are not operating in my country, so as for now I don't have any chance to withdraw.
They claim that I can contact them on Live chat but the only support they offer is via Email and all the answers are standard non-helpfull answers.
Hopefully someone at AG can take a look at this for me.

Will not pay out 650 USD winnings
Hi there,

I am having an issue with this casino in where they are not sending my winnings. I made a withdrawal on May 2nd for $650.00. After a few days I followed up and was told the withdrawal was completed on their end and they were just waiting on approval of my bank to accept the funds. I thought this was weird after because I did not give them my bank account details and I had used e transfer and a debit card to make my deposits. After a week of not receiving my winnings I have been in contact with the casino many times trying to see where my winnings were at. They just keep telling me someone will be back in contact with me, but no one ever is. I have sent about 5 or 6 emails to the support email and talked on the live chat with them about 6 or 7 times. I have all these conversations saved if you need to see. I was told my withdrawal will be done as soon as they can get to it. After I had thought my withdrawal was complete I had self excluded my account to take a break from gambling but now realized they have not even completed the withdrawal. The Terms and Conditions on their site say that if you have self excluded to contact the casino to receive your withdrawal which I have been trying to do. I think they are trying to stall on sending me the money and it has been 3 weeks and they are doing nothing to resolve my issue. I have sent them all the documents they have asked for, have been following up every few days and they are still not sending me my money or giving me any answers on when they are going to complete it. I have been patient with them and gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were just busy but I am pretty sure they just do not want to send me the winnings so this is my last resort at trying to get this solved. I do not think it is right that they take advantage of their customers like this and refuse to pay out winnings that I have won legally which is why I am making a complaint now. I hope you can help to resolve this. If this is a scam website then there should be something done about it so they cannot rip off other customers like this again. Thank you for your time!
