Delayed payment for the fifth time in a row, why does this keep happening all the time?


This is my fifth filing. I have 2 withdrawals approved on 9/15-one for $260, and the other for $210, and I have heard nothing from Silveroak. This is getting very frustrating. I have not played, nor will play until I receive my previous winnings. I am getting worried that they will bail on me. They started out just fine on the first checks, but the longer I played with the casino they have gotten slower, and slower with their payment process.

I'm sorry for the delays (again), but you know I'm always here for you. ;-)

I had your payment sent off to our processor, earlier today--I would expect to have tracking on this towards the end of the week. As soon as I have the tracking, I'll be back with an update for you.
