Delayed withdrawal since 6/23


I've been waiting since June 23 2016 for a 1,000 dollar payout. Ivr met all the verification requirements etc and they said I was approved on that date. I was told 2 weeks ago that it was sent to Ally in the Escalations department and was told to email her which I did. An automated reply was sent back to me saying she would get back to me in 3-5 business days. That time has come and gone. Can't reach the people I'm supposed to talk to. Getting the run around. Frustrated!!!
