Hello,
It’s been over a month since my request for 4 separate withdrawal requests for $2000 each. The finance department keeps telling me that it’s approved but payouts come on a first come first serve basis and may still take a few more weeks.
Still waiting to hear from a manager, and my funds. Can you please help with getting me my $8000?
My first complaint has been rejected stating that enough details have not been provided, what additional information do you need?

Finally, after 2 months I received $4,000 of my $8,000 that I won. I emailed the casino for an update on the remaining funds of $4,000 owed to me and they said that since I have not made a deposit since 11/19 that my payout request is now at the bottom of their queue. This is not fair! I would be more than happy to make additional deposits and continue to play, but before doing that I want to make sure that they pay me my winnings in a timely manner, and they have not!
It’s now almost 3 months and they still owe me $4,000. Can you please help with getting me my funds?
