Where's my money?!


I requested a withdrawal request from Silver Oak Casino over 2 months ago. All my documents were sent, processed and have been approved, last month. I have contacted them on chat, and they say it should be approved this week, and check back next week for an update. That was 4 weeks ago. I have emailed, and called the phone number and had to leave a message because I never get a person on the phone, and no response from either. Silver Oak Casino is stalling trying not to pay me my $1000.00 winnings. Everything is in order and there is absolutely no reason for this looking delay, other than they are trying to not send me my check.

Got my check today from FedEx. I don't currently have a bank account so it was a little hard trying to cash a check from Canada. I finally found a check-cashing place that will do it. So overall I am satisfied with the outcome, finally. Thanks Askgamblers!

I just received an email from FedEx with my tracking number and package arrival date, it should be here tomorrow morning, now I have to make sure I will be able to cash the check from Silver Oak Casino.

Still waiting... I contacted Silver Oak Casino on chat to see if they could get a tracking number for my check, and they did not have it. So I am cautiously optimistic, hopefully I will receive either my check or tracking number soon so I can feel better about it actually going being sent to me.
