No Help, No Money

On May 28,2016 My withdrawl was approved , I withdrew $238 from my casino account. I sent in all my documents and Shipping Info to them the same day I was approved. I went on live chat to get some help, nothing . Then i emailed them , using multiple emails , but i get a System message from GMAIL saying " Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently. payout­s@p­lan­et7­cas­ino.com" So i cant email them or get help by live chat . I need answers

I recieved my check today and didnt have time to go the bank, I bank with Chase. I tried to deposit it with the mobile Chase application via my phone and it said that they do not support Foreign Checks. I was wondering how i would go about cashing or depositing this check .
