Dragging feet on payments, again!


I have several of the same issues as in previous cases...this time, I am just tired...my issues before weren't the exception, now I am getting that they were and seem to be the rule! Why do we have to continuously hunt down our winnings!!!! Its unfair and most unprofessional! Right now, instead of me playing, I am complaining! Once again, I will state that its extremely easy to deposit money...and if by chance a transaction doesn't go through...a live chat agent, instantly and miraculously appears to help you get that deposit in...but when you ask a simple question in regards to approvals or withdrawals...mum's the word! I love this casino group, until its time to get paid. Its bad enough when someone wins, they are restricted from bonuses, with the claim that they are skilled...which is an insult, how much skill is a click of a mouse??????? Why do we have to play tug of war??? I LOVE LOVE LOVE playing, I hate having to come to Askgamblers, every time that I have a withdrawal or approval request due...its killing the thrill of it... Please step up! You're losing good customers...we want to play...we want this to work as its stated!! I don't want to wait one second longer than I am suppose to...its a shame that I have to come here to get help in having things transacted...I hate having to place more on Tawni's plate...she is amazing...its so unfair...it makes a strain, and it ends up with us, the players on the short end of the stick...you guys strip us of everything for coming here, but what choice do we have???????????

The following list is what I need help with...

I currently have two approved check withdrawals for:
10/30 - $311
11/4 - $545
I also have six pending check withdrawals
11/9 - Check - ($665.00)
11/12 - Check - ($680.00)
11/16 - Check - ($800.00)
11/19 - Check - ($1,450.00)
11/24 - Check - ($220.00)
11/25 - Check - ($1,107.00)

I would certainly appreciate moveme­nt...e­spe­cially during this time of year...thanks Askgamblers!!!

We would like to use the occasion and suggest to player  to submit new complaint against casino in question, in case something goes wrong with their outstanding payment/s which are not part of the current complaint.

It gives me great pleasure to share with you that I received my last :-( payment due form Club Player. I so appreciate your time and every effort put forth, to help to get her done! :-p Thank you...Thank you ...Thank you!!!

I do want to ask that you not kick me to the curb just yet, as I won on Silver Oak yesterday...I know I have to wait for the red tape period to be met, but I changed my method of payment from check to bitcoin...(I've forwarded that crypto So I am asking you to please keep me on your radar!!!! Thanks again for all that you do...it matters and it is our saving grace!!!!
