I have played on this casino and when I decided to withdrawal they said to me we work all days and the withdrawals processing are from 15 min up to 2-3 days, now its my 3rd day since I made the withdrawal and they won't process it to let me cancel it and loose my money again.
Such a bad attitude the casino using against the players.
I want your help to get my withdrawal, and my account is verified by the way by there kyc option.

I had chated with custemer service and they said to me the withdrawal will be received 10 days after we proceed it lol, its mean to receive my money im gonna wait 1 month!! Bcz untill now they didnt proceed it from 26/11 snd after they proceed it i dont know when in gonna wait another 10 days are they kidding me? Pls ask gamblers deal with that im not gonna wait 1 month to receive my withdrawal!! When i lost before and deposited they took the money directly its unacceptable
