Made 100$ deposit to casino, done few bets, and redeposited 70$ more. After while i got my account suspended and recieved only last deposit back, 80$ , but not full summ of my deposits, while i havent lost a penny. Speakinf with their support they said they done me a favor, while i didnt even recieved my biggest deposit.

Hello everyone,

We've received the following email, from SportsBook provider, a third-party service with a well-regarded reputation in the industry, about customers betting patterns:

"The customer is in a group of players who use technical glitches or bugs on the website to take advantage of incorrect odds or bet arguments. They use various tactics such as arbitrage betting, middling, late betting, etc. to gain an unfair advantage."

As a result of unfair play and compliance with our Terms and Conditions below, the customer's account has been permanently blocked, with all associated bets deemed illegitimate and confiscated.

Arbitrage betting, also known as "arbitrage actions" or "sports arbitrage," is a betting strategy where a user attempts to exploit differences in odds and/or betting lines between various bookmakers or sportsbooks to guarantee a profit. This may involve simultaneously placing bets on all possible outcomes of the same event or using specialized arbitrage software to identify profitable opportunities. Arbitrage betting may be considered a violation of our platform's rules, and it is strictly prohibited. Any winnings obtained through arbitrage actions will be deemed invalid, and the user's account may be suspended with the confiscation of all illegitimate winnings. Compliance with this rule is monitored by the Digitain provider.

11.8 paragraph
Wazbee expects that any Customer will not abuse any errors on Website(s) and/or App(s). It is expected that a Customer who has become aware of an incompleteness on the Website(s) and/or App(s) should refrain from taking any advantage thereof and inform customer support about it immediately. A Customer that has taken advantage of errors and has failed to inform customer support in reasonable time may be held liable and Wazbee has the right to claim compensation that has been incurred from breaching this provision.


The customer's communication style suggests a clear awareness of their intent to exploit and cheat the casino. Such behavior is not tolerated in any online casino, and our Terms and Conditions explicitly address the refund situation with the following rule:

16.3 paragraph:
If we consider the violation of the rules as an attempt to cheat the casino, Wazbee may confiscate all winnings and deposits without a refund.

However, a refund for the last deposit was issued as a gesture of goodwill.

How can casino be a trustworthy if they steal your deposits? I already reported this case to their curacao license because all what they write seems like a complete garbage . No proof of communication with provider, no proof that i did something wrong and not even a full refund of my money, just pointing me on their TOS to not pay winnings
