Waiting since November 11th 2016 for my withdrawals!


Please help I have been waiting for a withdrawal from Planet 7 since it was approved on November 11th 2016. At that time it was $937.00 and then I won some more a little later, so they owe me a total of $1743.00. Every week they tell me that it has been sent to the processors. Every few days I contact them and get the same runaround to just wait for the email from them with the tracking number. Well I am very tired of waiting! I have saved all my chats and in them they promised me that I would receive my money before Christmas. This was my last chat with them last week.

They should not be able to get away with cheating their customers this way! I need help please!!!! If my withdrawals had been sent out they usually could give me the tracking number? Now what can I do? I must have at least 10 to 15 of these chat's telling me to wait for their email! I Have had it with their excuses!! Help!!

Thank you for your support! I received my check from planet 7 today. You can close my dispute.

Planet 7 sent me an email today stating that my withdrawals were sent to their processors on January 3. Which I have heard many times before! Although I have yet to receive any tracking info from them! Yesterday Ellie even terminated my chat! Which was very upsetting! After awhile you get very discouraged with all the excuses! I will let you know if there are any updates.

"This is the email that they sent me. Nothing new here!"
