Waiting since April but still not paid


My account has been verified since March 29th. I have two withdrawals I have been waiting on to get from them. One is on April 5th and the other on April 18th. I have gotten nothing but a run around for payment. I understand it takes longer for US players, but when 20 days turns into almost three months or more, and they are STILL asking for my patience it starts getting ridiculous! Chat reps have told me that "They've been escalated to the manager." and "Give it another few days." so many times it's not even funny anymore. Then, recently, their excuse was that more information was needed on my account and to wait another 7-10 business days. Then, for the last time since I spoke to them on June 24th, it was that some of my information needed to be corrected and to wait ANOTHER 7-10 days! I just recently requested my last withdrawal on June 26th that they will probably find a reason to deny I don't doubt a bit. I love the casino (I have made at least $700 worth of deposits here!). But I think I will start playing somewhere else until they can get things in order.
