Waiting over 2 months for $2,500 payment


On September 30th I submitted my request for a $2500 withdrawal, it was approved by a manager on October 13. It has been almost 2 months since the manager approved my payment by check and I have not received anything. I do not get responses from my emails. I have lost a lot of money through Silver Oak over the years, and this is very upsetting that I cannot receive this money back that I have finally won.

We would also like to use the occasion and to remind player that reading carefully casino terms and conditions prior accepting them is very important and could help avoiding similar situations in the future.

A 'manager withdrawal' means the manager has removed bonus funds:

15. An approved "Manager Withdrawal" represents a portion of your balance that was removed because it was not eligible for withdrawal. This amount could be Bonus funds (which are non-cashable) or because you have exceeded the Maximum Withdrawal Amount on your last bonus, with excess funds removed.

I'm very sorry for any disappointment, but there are no further payments to be issued.

No this is not acceptable. I had over $80,000 in my account at the time of the withdrawal, which was well over 3 months ago at this point. Had you not taken over 3 months to begin paying out my funds, I would have received a lot more money back from you. For you to say 'as a courtesy' you paid me $1200 is laughable. Also, in my account history it says $1300 manager check APPROVED, the remaining bonuses was NEVER mentioned. And as you stated, this was from OCTOBER. It is now January. . I have FAR surpassed any sort of play through the required to receive the remaining funds. I look forward to obtaining the tracking number for you with the remaining $1300.
