I have withdrawals made on 3/7/17, 3/9/17 and 3/15/17. Email sent to me that my documents approved on 3/14/17. I received 4 emails, 2 of the on 3/22/17 and 2 of them on 3/29/17 stating my withdrawals have been approved. I have been waiting on a wire transfer and have not received any payment. It is extremely hard to contact anyone and the live chat isn't much help and just confirms everything is approved.

I'm sorry for the delays you've experienced with this.

I've checked your account and I do see that a payment is set to be sent off to processing, this week. Unfortunately, I'm not certain of the amount of this payment--I'll need to speak with our Finance Manager, later today. I'll be sure to update as soon as I have this information.

Hi Kandra--

I've just checked up on your account and I see that the amount of the wire sent off was $2177.

There is still $2546 left pending and I will know Monday when this will be sent off. Of course, I'll be sure to update you as soon as I have this information.
