Hi I was hoping you would be able to help me please I have a withdrawal approved from Royal Ace Casino it was approved on the 9th January 2018 at 9.58am for $699.35 and I have not yet received this payment into my bank account was wondering if you could please help me get this problem sorted. As I feel I have waited long enough for them to have actioned this.

Even though we've still not received notice of the wire being returned, based upon your bank statements, we've gone ahead and re-issued your wire: 5/22 re-issue Paid $699 for transaction # 30780914a. I would expect you'll find the funds in your account, early next week (possibly sooner).
