Waiting months for payments

Good Morning, I have been waiting for payment on 2 approved withdrawals from silver oak since January 4, 2017. It has been verified and I have an email from the casino verifying that I won. I have called them several times and used the online chat with no results. The casino does not dispute that I won and followed all the requirements for withdrawal but I still don't have my money. I was paid twice before with no problem and it took about 4 weeks. I would appreciate any help you can provide. My user name at the casino is graceella and the email I use is wbicke­rst­aff­@si­rvi­lla­ge.com
